Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist customers in selecting garments tailored to their preferences. Clearly explain product features, current promotions, and available services. Accurately handle cash transactions and payment processing. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. Support inventory management through restocking and inventory counts. Participate in merchandising efforts to enhance product displays. Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales performance. Success will be measured by your sales results, customer feedback, and ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience preferred. Basic knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and offers a collaborative team environment. You will have opportunities to work cross-functionally to enhance the shopping experience and support sales initiatives. Compensation: ₹10,000 per month. Location: Howrah, West Bengal, India.
