Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the store and understand their needs.Introduce and recommend suitable solar energy and energy storage products.Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales needs.Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.Support daily store operations, product displays, and inventory management.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, store sales, or customer service.Fluent Spanish with strong communication skills.Basic to intermediate English is preferred.Strong sales mindset, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.Experience in solar energy, energy storage, batteries, inverters, UPS, or electrical products is a plus.
