As the engine behind our sales pipeline, you will be responsible for cold calling prospects, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for our team to close. If you have a strong sales mindset and thrive in a high-volume outbound environment, we want you on our team.
💼 Role: Sales Development Representative🌍 Location: Remote – Latin America💰 Salary: $1,100 USD/month⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Aligned with Central Time Zone - Texas)💻 Core Tech / Industry: CRM / Real Estate
What you’ll do:Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective buyers, sellers, and leadsIdentify and qualify new leads through proactive research and persistent outreachSchedule and confirm appointments between qualified prospects and the real estate sales teamFollow a structured pitch to generate interest and handle objections professionallyMaintain organized, up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and appointments within the CRMFollow up consistently with warm leads to keep prospects engaged through the pipelineMeet or exceed daily and weekly call, lead-generation, and appointment-setting targets
We’re looking for someone who:Is fully fluent in English Has a strong sales mindset with a proven interest in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound salesPossesses basic computer literacy and is comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and dialer systemsMaintains a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space for making callsBonus: Is bilingual (Spanish is a strong plus)Bonus: No prior real estate experience is required (industry-specific training will be provided)
