Sales Development Representative

We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team!

🌟 What We’re Looking For• Strong English (B2 or higher) communication and active listening skills• 6+ months of experience in sales in a customer service environment (call-center or equivalent)• Availability to start by mid February• Relationship-building abilities and comfort engaging decision-makers• Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management• Tech-savviness with CRM and sales tools• Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to exceed KPIs• Adaptability and willingness to learn continuously
🔑 What You’ll Do• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to generate new leads• Qualify prospects by identifying needs and business challenges• Collaborate closely with AEs for a smooth lead handoff• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot)• Share insights with Marketing and Product teams to support better targeting and messaging
