IT Resources Innovation (IRI), a woman-owned IT Consulting, Solutions, and Outsourcing company, is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development. Extensive sales experience is not required.
ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.Prospect and identify new business opportunities.Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and follow-up.Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.Build relationships with prospective clients.Maintain accurate sales activity records and work toward established goals.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.0–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.Motivated by goals, persistent, and willing to learn.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Available to work on-site in San Juan.
