About the role
IT Resources Innovation (IRI), a woman-owned IT consulting, solutions, and outsourcing company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its team. This role is for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in a career in sales and business development. Extensive sales experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and follow-up.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and work toward established goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospective clients.
- Motivation by goals, persistence, and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Available to work on-site in San Juan.
