About the role
Key Executives Headhunter is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Barranquilla, Colombia. The role focuses on acquiring clients in the maritime sector and developing long-term business relationships through customer loyalty and retention.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients in the maritime sector.
- Develop long-term business relationships and manage the commercial relationship through customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with national and international clients.
- Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; a specialization in Business Management is preferred.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of the diesel and gas engine market, including low- and medium-speed engines, 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, within the national and international maritime market.
- Key competencies: assertive communication, commercial skills, negotiation, leadership, results orientation, strategic thinking, empathy, and impactful communication.
