Parashuram Madev Shetty is seeking a motivated Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India . In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategies and building strong customer relationships to boost revenue and market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential customers and evaluate competitors. Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales with prospective clients. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals. Represent the company at networking events and trade shows to promote products and expand the client base. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies. Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in market analysis is highly valued. Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and product management, to ensure cohesive sales efforts. You will report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates and insights on sales performance and strategy.
