Track sales metrics, report performance to management, and suggest improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability in sales strategy and relationship building. Effective problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns. Sales experience preferred but not mandatory. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and involves close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
