Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers by presenting our exquisite jewelry collections, emphasizing unique features and craftsmanship. Build and nurture strong client relationships through outstanding customer service and personalized support. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets using effective sales strategies and techniques. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Prioritize tasks efficiently and follow up promptly on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to enhance client engagement and brand presence. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to identify improvement areas. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or the jewelry industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Passion for customer service and helping clients find the perfect jewelry pieces. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
