Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth policy administration and high client satisfaction. Monitor insurance industry trends and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through skilled negotiation and closing techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficient in customer service and support.
