Superfine international is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive Manager to join our dynamic team in Niamey, Niger. This full-time role is pivotal in driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress against goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales staff skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent customer relationship management abilities. Familiarity with sales software and tools. 3-5 years minimum experience in a sales management role.
