Key Responsibilities Ensure precise quoting, pricing, and revenue data to maintain financial integrity across sales operations. Maintain clean, consistent CRM and financial data, primarily using HubSpot and other quoting systems, to support seamless sales workflows. Develop comprehensive financial and performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Looker to provide sales leadership and HR with timely insights. Analyze historical and current sales financial data to identify trends, gaps, and revenue opportunities, enhancing forecasting accuracy. Validate pricing, discounts, and quote accuracy prior to approvals, reducing errors and financial risks. Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in sales finance data to mitigate risks and improve data quality. Drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual errors and increase efficiency in sales finance workflows. Own sales reporting and performance tracking, including conversion rates, commission calculations, and lead engagement metrics. What We're Looking For Required: At least 2 years of experience in sales finance, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and quoting platforms. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and a passion for creating structured, repeatable processes. Preferred: Experience in process automation and workflow optimization using tools like Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate. Knowledge of sales commission structures and incentive plans.
