Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals. Identify and engage potential clients through effective networking and communication. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and promote a high-performance culture. Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Collaborate with marketing to enhance product promotion and brand awareness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in a similar industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in networking and relationship-building.
