Sales Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Sales Manager. Construction Materials Sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in industries such as Construction Materials, Building Chemicals, Waterproofing, Paint & Coating, Cleaning Chemicals, Sanitary Products, Facility Management, Industrial Chemicals, Pest Control / Odor Control. Strong network with contractors, developers, dealers and distributors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong reporting and sales-analysis skills. Able to travel for customer and project visits. Valid driving license and ability to drive is preferred.
