Exodus Packages is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Montréal, Quebec . This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your leadership will drive our sales success and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented sales team to exceed targets and improve performance. Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to stay competitive. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management. Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s skills and capabilities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years proven experience in sales management with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to excel in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities. Industry-standard sales management certifications are a plus. As a Sales Manager at Exodus Packages, you will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with marketing and product development teams.
