Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years proven leadership experience in sales management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities. Industry-standard sales management certifications are a plus.
