Sales Manager - Diesel Engines & Generator Sets in Panamá

Company: Weichai Group Location: Panamá, Panamá, Panama Weichai Group, the largest engine manufacturer in China, is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead our Diesel Engine Business in Panama and the Caribbean market. This role focuses on Generator Sets, Off-road Engine Applications, Commercial Vehicle Engine Applications, and Light Trucks. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement sales strategies for Weichai Diesel Engines and Generator Sets across Panama and the Caribbean. Direct and manage all sales activities related to Diesel Engines, Generator Sets, and Light Trucks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the region. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in diesel engines or related heavy machinery sectors. Strong knowledge of generator sets, off-road engines, and commercial vehicle engines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives in a dynamic market. Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Panama. Remote work is not eligible.
