HB International headhunters are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Converged Technologies Vertical and drive the growth strategy in Latin America for a leading multinational company. This position will develop business opportunities, generate demand, and expand strategic relationships with multinational accounts through a consultative approach focused on business results.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in enterprise sales of complex technology solutions, able to match customer needs with comprehensive solutions, including network infrastructure, data centers, physical security, smart buildings, wireless solutions, professional audiovisual systems, software, and services. We will consider previous experience managing global accounts.Experienced in creating and leading a Sales team across LATAM.Highly desired: C-level relationships with Fortune 500 companies - we need to create new demand on the global accounts we already have and bring new ones.An 8-year experienced consultative sales professional, with at least the last 3 years acting as a Sales Manager or as an Account Manager
LOCATION/TRIPS: You must be based in Mexico and able to travel 50% of the time; the role will also cover some of LATAM's biggest accounts or aim to develop new markets and accounts across LATAM.Languages: English.
