1. Possess over 2 years of experience in the PV, inverter, or lithium battery industry; familiar with market distribution 2. Capable of developing relationships with installers (integrators) and small regional distributors from scratch; possess an existing list of potential clients.3. Possess the communication skills required to coordinate logistics schedules and handle after-sales returns and exchanges.4. Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork, including visits to installation sites and local hardware or energy markets.5. Able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of a Chinese company while maintaining the patience to resolve unexpected local after-sales issues.6. Proficient in using CRM systems and social media (LinkedIn) for business development; capable of using basic presentation tools.7. Native speaker; capable of basic communication in English.
