Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales & Operations Support Analyst to support our internal Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on invoice processing, purchase order management, data accuracy, and workflow coordination within NetSuite.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and process invoices accurately and on time to support the Sales team.Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for operational needs.Perform item setup and maintain data within NetSuite.Coordinate workflows across Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.Serve as the primary coordinator for internal purchasing requests.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.Support month-end close activities when needed.Handle high-volume operational data entry tasks (approximately 30% of workload).Prioritize and execute urgent requests from multiple stakeholders.
