Key Responsibilities Support retail and wholesale sales teams by managing order processing and tracking sales performance metrics. Manage customer service inquiries to ensure timely and effective resolution, enhancing customer satisfaction rates. Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring and coordination with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate logistics and event support to facilitate smooth sales campaigns and promotional activities. Assist as a retail clerk/shop assistant, providing excellent in-store customer service and merchandising support. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies and improve operational workflows. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for the Sales Operations Manager to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute ideas to optimize sales processes and customer engagement. What We're Looking For Required: Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a flexible schedule. Strong organizational skills and good work ethics. Basic knowledge of sales operations and customer service principles. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
