TCS Costa Rica is looking for a Sales Manager
Skills requiredAdvanced English (interviews will be conducted in this language)Proven experience managing sales, sales support, or partner-facing teams in a performance-driven environment.Strong understanding of sales execution models, pipeline management, and partner ecosystems.Experience managing virtual and geographically distributed teams.Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, CRM systems, and performance reporting tools.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwns the end-to-end delivery and business impact of a program by:Executive Engagement & Presence - strong executive presence and communicationcapabilities, confidently engaging with senior and partner leadership,including CVP-level stakeholders, to articulate strategy, drive alignment, and representthe program with authority and credibility.Driving execution across cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner, Operations)Managing roadmap, milestones, and outcomes (pipeline, revenue, productivity)Establishing governance (RoB, reporting cadence, KPIs)Removing blockers and ensuring alignment to strategic priorities (e.g., Cloud + Al,Copilot motions)Translating strategy into scalable, repeatable execution models.
