Sales QA Analyst - Onsite

Sales QA Analyst This position is responsible to evaluate and score agent to customer interactions. It will identify key behaviors that will improve customer experience, generate QA trending reports to leadership, and perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
