JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, events, and digital outreach.
- Work closely with the operations, pricing, and customs compliance teams to ensure rates and documented.
- Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate rates, and close contracts in alignment with company pricing margins and strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Customs Brokerage, logistics, or a related field. 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in logistics is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- A basic understanding of import/export or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a proactive and driven attitude.
