Chrissy Steed is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the United States. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to consistently meet or exceed targets. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate our offerings. Follow up on leads and negotiate to successfully close sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to maximize market sales. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven sales skills with a consistent track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred. This role typically involves working closely with the Sales Manager and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support the sales process. We offer growth opportunities within the sales department, including potential advancement to senior sales roles. Remote work eligible.
