Position Title: Sales Representative
Position Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging sales process for new customers while also identifying and executing opportunities for upselling additional products or services. You will play a key role in helping customers maximize the value of our offerings while driving growth for the business. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer success, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
Handle inbound/outbound calls to customersUnderstand customer's demands and establish a relationship of trust.Provide sales assistance and help members with their accountsProvide prospective members with sales information about our servicesProvide help with new signups, cancellations, re-activations, and general account maintenanceTransfer and monitor requests to the tech team whenever an issue can't be resolved over the phoneBeing available on an 8-hour shift, from 8 am to 6 pm.Represent the company at trade shows whenever necessary. Travel will be involved.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a good communication flowAccurately register interactions with customers, so proper follow-up can be establishedMonitor the status of the problems, while providing regular updates to customersOffer solutions tailored to customer's situation and eventually upsell whenever there is an opportunity.Make sure that all tickets are logged into the system correctly.Be a company and brand advocate, being able to advertise the benefits and qualities of the platform.
Job Requirements:2 years of sales/customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build client relationships and retain members wishing to cancelComputer proficiencyPunctualityGood typing skills – typing at the same time as listening to the call is essential.Desire to solve problems.Negotiation skills are desirable.Experience working with phones or in a call center environment is highly desirablePrevious experience working in the trucking field is an assetPrevious experience working in a tech company is an asset
