Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective clients over the phone, identifying their immigration needs with empathy and professionalism. Provide clear, accurate information about immigration services, processes, and legal options available through our firm. Use effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and new clients, contributing to monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, culturally sensitive communication and follow-up. Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Offer tailored solutions to overcome client obstacles, facilitating smoother legal processes. Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions using company CRM tools. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in customer service or legal services. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with a professional and empathetic tone. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work full-time on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora. Basic computer literacy, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
