Terence Koto is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote suitable products and services. Maintain and expand the customer database through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing concerns. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Provide management with feedback on customer preferences and product performance to improve offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting product and service benefits. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales or Marketing is advantageous. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with 1-2 years preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse customers. Strong skills in time management, problem-solving, and teamwork. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
