What You Will Do• Customer maintenance: maintain relationships with existing customers, follow up on orders and provide services online and offline;• Market investigation: conduct related market research regularly;• Push customer to make payment and arrange new orders;• Collect information about customs policy, customs agent, local logistics, etc.;• Assist with custom clearance, local logistics if needed;• Complete other tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.
Who We’re Looking for• Fresh graduates, with B2B sales or customer service internships are preferred;• Education: Bachelor's degree;• Language Skills: English or Chinese;• Be familiar with the sales process and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives;• Strong verbal and written communication skills;• Ability to both work independently and work in a team;• Other Skills: Ms Word, Ms Excel, E-mail, etc.
