Role Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, presenting insurance options, and guiding them through the sales process. The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust with customers while consistently meeting performance goals.
Qualifications1+ year of experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to meet sales goals and performance targets.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.Basic computer skills Ability to learn and explain insurance products, policies, coverage, and terms clearly.Bilingual English/Spanish.Professional, reliable, proactive, and results-oriented.
ResponsibilitiesContact prospective and existing customers to present insurance products and services.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.Provide clear and accurate information about available coverage, benefits, and policy options.Follow up with leads and potential customers to support the sales process.Meet established sales goals and performance targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company’s systems.Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
