Sales Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and support business growth through data-driven insights, strong coordination, and strategic planning. This role requires fluent Mandarin Chinese to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze key KPIs to evaluate business performance• Coordinate with Account Managers to monitor project status and ensure execution according to plan• Maintain internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates• Develop regional reports in collaboration with the department director• Build periodic booking forecasts, define targets by vertical, and support strategic adjustments
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities• Experience working with internal systems and data management• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment• Previous experience in sales support, business analysis, or similar roles is a plus
