Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients using consultative selling techniques to accurately identify their energy needs and challenges. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective closing of sales opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies that maximize profitability while fostering long-term customer relationships. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the benefits and ROI of our energy solutions. Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings that meet client specifications. Track sales metrics rigorously and report performance against targets to senior management for continuous improvement. Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and referral business. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within the energy sector. Strong negotiation skills and expertise in customer relationship management. Proficiency with sales pipeline management tools and CRM software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Preferred: Industry certifications in sales or energy management.
