The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment.✔️ Key ResponsibilitiesManage and operate within the Zoho CRM and Zoho One systems.Facilitate communication between the sales and operations teams to ensure clarity and efficiency.Address customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipping delays and other relevant issues.Qualify leads, follow up on estimates, and engage with customers to encourage repeat business.Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration.Provide support and solutions during customer calls, leveraging tools like ChatGPT for quick information retrieval.Participate in fostering a positive team culture by engaging in community volunteer events and sharing personal and professional achievements.🎓 RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles. Specifically in phone-based customer service role.Proficiency in Zoho CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, with confidence in phone-based customer interactions.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a call center or similar setting is advantageous.Availability to work in the Central Time Zone, from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.🌟 Nice to HavesExperience with inventory management systems, particularly SOS.Background in manufacturing or familiarity with conveyor belts.Demonstrated ability to influence revenue generation and improve conversion rates.An upbeat, self-starting attitude that complements our supportive team culture.🚀 Our team is proud of its family-like atmosphere, where collaboration and support are key.
