Sales Team Lead

We're hiring an Intake 1 Lead — a player-coach who sells from the front and manages a team that delivers.
GAF Healthcare Services is growing its Panama City intake operation, and we need someone who can do both halves of the job well: close intakes personally and run the day-to-day of a team of Intake Specialists working across every state we serve.
This is a hands-on management role. You'll be the eyes and ears on the office floor — reading the room, surfacing issues early, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Intake 1 Manager, and keeping the team covered, accountable, and hitting their numbers. You'll also be on the phones yourself, modeling the pitch and stepping in on the tough calls.

What you'll ownA personal intake and admissions target — you lead from the front, not the sidelines.Day-to-day team management: attendance, PTO, permissions, coverage, and coordination with leadership.Being the eyes and ears in the office — morale, feedback, and issues surfaced to management early.Team performance across every state we serve, staying current on each state's programs and rules.Day-to-day coaching and call feedback (a dedicated training team handles formal onboarding).
What we're looking forNative or near-native English (spoken and written).2+ years in sales, call-center, or client intake — with a track record of hitting targets.Leadership or supervisory experience (or clear readiness for the step up).A genuine learner — comfortable getting up to speed on multiple states' programs and keeping current.Persuasive, organized, and warm — our clients are families making hard care decisions.Comfortable in Microsoft Office 365 and monday.com, Healthcare or Medicaid-waiver experience is a plus, not a must.
