Urgent hire. We are launching a new Spanish-language outbound campaign and need an exceptional Sales Team Lead on the floor within days, not weeks. This is a role for a top performer, and we compensate top performers accordingly.
About the roleCorpshore Solutions, a Canadian multinational BPO and outsourcing group operating across 18+ countries, is standing up a dedicated appointment-setting team in Santo Domingo for a European client campaign. We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to own the performance of an outbound pod of up to 10 agents from day one, a hands-on leader who lives on the floor, coaches every call, and gets on the phones alongside the team.This is not a hands-off management seat. It is a player-coach role for someone who leads by example: a top closer who books appointments themselves while lifting the whole team's numbers.
What you'll doLead and coach an outbound pod of up to 10 Spanish-native agents, on-site, every dayGet on the calls yourself, you carry your own pipeline and set the standard by example, not just from the sidelinesRun daily huddles, live-monitor calls, and give real-time coaching on pitch, objection handling and paceOwn the team's core metric: qualified appointments booked per agent, per dayRefine scripts and objection-handling in the launch weeks as the campaign is tunedMaintain quality and compliance standards, and deliver a concise daily performance report to management and the clientManage schedules, adherence and escalations, and keep the team motivated and performing
What we're looking forProven experience leading outbound sales or appointment-setting teams in a call center or BPO environment (this is essential, not inbound or customer service)C1/C2-level Spanish with a clear, neutral accent suited to a European (Spain) campaignA genuine closer and coach, someone who will both hit their own targets on the phones and raise the team's conversionStrong command of outbound metrics, dialer operations and CRM-based appointment bookingAvailable to start immediately and to work on-site in Santo Domingo on Spanish business hours (CET-aligned)Calm under launch pressure, organized, and accountable for both personal and team results
