We are looking for an experienced Senior Capital Markets Sales Technology Lead to join our global team. If you have a strong background in Capital Markets, Equity Derivatives, Structured Products, and enjoy leading technology initiatives that power Front Office Sales organizations, we'd love to hear from you!
Required Experience8+ years of Software Engineering experience.4+ years working within Capital Markets or Financial Services.Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java.Deep knowledge of Equity Derivatives and Structured Products.Experience designing and supporting Order Management Systems (OMS).Strong understanding of the complete Trade Lifecycle.Experience integrating with structured product distribution platforms such as:SIMON - Luma - Halo - CAIS - OTCX - EvooqExperience with Bloomberg Structured Notes workflows.Experience with REST APIs, FIX Protocol, SQL and MongoDB.Experience leading technical teams within Agile environments.
Nice to HaveAWS, Azure or Kubernetes.CI/CD and DevOps practices.Data Engineering / ETL.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank or SEC Reg BI.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting Equity Derivatives Sales.Architect scalable Order Management Systems (OMS).Build integrations with Bloomberg and structured product distribution platforms.Design APIs and scalable backend architectures.Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams.Mentor engineers and define engineering best practices.Drive system reliability, scalability and production support.
