Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

About the role

TPI Global Solutions is looking for an energetic and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the CX Systems team. The role is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion.

The ideal candidate has a systems background, a passion for quality and customer service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves interacting with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cross-functional teams.
• Define and document business processes and requirements.
• Gather and transfer stakeholder requirements into an action plan and deliver on that plan using internal systems as needed.
• Analyze and solve complex problems, and provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
• Research solutions to issues as they arise and manage stakeholder expectations professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• system experience is preferred; Salesforce admin or equivalent certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization and collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance.
• Self-motivated, flexible team player with solid multitasking, time management, and organization expertise, and the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
