Salesforce Consultant
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to design and implement solutions that support and optimize our clients' business processes on the Salesforce platform. This role combines functional consulting and hands-on configuration, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutionsDesign and configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform features and automation toolsConfigure core Salesforce components such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and FlowsSupport and optimize existing business processes on the platformCollaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments when neededSupport testing, deployments, and user trainingProvide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications3+ years of experience working with SalesforceStrong understanding of business processes and how to translate them into Salesforce solutionsExperience in configuration (Flows, basic automation, standard features)Ability to translate business needs into functional solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced English level
Nice to HaveSalesforce Administrator or Consultant certificationExperience with integrations (REST APIs)Experience working in consulting environments
