We are seeking a motivated CRM Application Lead I with hands-on experience in Salesforce platforms—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud—to support the administration, enhancement, and operational reliability of our enterprise CRM ecosystem. This role requires a strong foundation in CRM integration experience, specifically utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, along with familiar tools like Postman for API testing and troubleshooting. Working within Agile delivery teams, you will act as a key liaison between on-shore and offshore groups to manage product backlogs, write user stories, coordinate releases, and drive data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate brings enterprise software or CRM support experience, familiarity with deployment tools like Copado, and a commitment to fostering user adoption and business process improvement.
