Salesforce Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (5–8+ years of experience) to support a CRM consolidation and migration initiative into Salesforce.This role will work closely with a Solution Architect and a Mid-Level Developer, acting as a technical leader and escalation point while remaining hands-on in development. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce engineering expertise, supports technical decision-making, and ensures high-quality delivery across the implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead hands-on development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform toolsAct as a technical escalation point for the mid-level developer and support problem resolutionCollaborate with the Solution Architect on design decisions and implementation strategiesSupport CRM migration activities including data transformation, validation, and integrationDesign and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processesTroubleshoot complex technical issues across environmentsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior/mid developersContribute to technical documentation and delivery standards
Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce development2+ years of experience leading or coordinating development teams.Strong hands-on experience with:Apex (advanced classes, triggers, bulkification)Lightning Web Components (LWC)Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architectureExperience supporting CRM implementations or migration projectsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong communication skills and ability to mentor other developers
Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)Experience working in team-based delivery models with architects and developersExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in SalesforceExperience in enterprise-scale implementations
