Job Description
Design develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects fields page layouts validation rules and automation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Ensure high code quality through unit testing peer reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices Maintain uptodate technical documentation and solution designs Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements Support production releases user acceptance testing UAT and postgolive application support Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance scalability and security
Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead handson development activities focusing on Lightning Web Components LWC within Salesforce Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs Implement Salesforce automation using Flows Process Builder and validation rules Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Participate in code reviews design discussions and sprint planning sessions Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce Development team Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models data sharing and governance policies Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance
