Job SummaryWe are seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce Development, specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC), to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and solution designs. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements. Support production releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live application support. Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead hands-on development activities focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce. Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce Development team. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models, data sharing, and governance policies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
