We blend strategic technology with creative force to help organizations in the US and LATAM scale building services, products, and ideas that create meaningful impact.Now we're looking for a Salesforce Engineer with OmniStudio experience ready to own challenging projects with US-based clients and grow alongside a team that takes its craft seriously (and itself, not so much).
What you'll do:Build, customize, and ship Salesforce solutions that solve real business problems, combining core Salesforce development with OmniStudio.Design and configure OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) alongside Apex, LWC, and standard platform automation.Work side by side with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into clean technical solutions.Keep the platform sharp: performance, security, and functionality.Take part in code reviews and help raise the bar on best practices.Debug, troubleshoot, and untangle whatever the platform throws at you.
What we're looking for:3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).Solid grasp of the platform fundamentals: data model, security, integrations.Familiarity with REST and SOAP protocols.Experience with version control (Git).A problem-solver's mindset and genuine team spirit.
Nice to have:Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant).Experience with MuleSoft.Experience with Financial Services Cloud or Vlocity industry solutions.
