Salesforce Engineer OmniStudio

Hikko is looking for a Salesforce Engineer with OmniStudio experience to own challenging projects with US-based clients and grow alongside a team that takes its craft seriously.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and ship Salesforce solutions that solve business problems, combining core Salesforce development with OmniStudio.
• Design and configure OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, alongside Apex, LWC, and standard platform automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain platform performance, security, and functionality.
• Take part in code reviews and help raise the bar on best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot platform issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including data models, security, and integrations.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP protocols.
• Experience with Git version control.
• A problem-solving mindset and genuine team spirit.

Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer or OmniStudio Developer/Consultant), MuleSoft experience, or experience with Financial Services Cloud or Vlocity industry solutions.
