Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning to optimize business processes. Develop custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) ensuring high performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems using best practice APIs and middleware. Implement Salesforce best practices and governance to maintain code quality and system security. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and project delivery. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and alignment with business goals. Conduct code reviews and unit testing to uphold quality standards and reduce defects. Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. What We're Looking For Required: 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce platform development. Salesforce certifications including Admin, Sales Cloud, App Builder, Platform Developer I & II. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Field Service Lightning. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce deployment automation.
