Company: Company Location: Irving, Texas, United States (3 days in office mandatory) Job Type: Full Time Duration: 6-12 months, extendable Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team in Irving, TX. This role requires a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of IT industry experience specializing in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Field Service Lightning. Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce development initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices Design and implement Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Develop custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Mentor and guide junior developers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development Certifications required: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, App Builder, Platform Developer I (PD1), and Platform Developer II (PD2) Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Field Service Lightning Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and integrations Compensation Pay Rate: $50 per hour Work Environment This is an on-site position requiring presence in the Irving, TX office at least 3 days per week.
