TCS is seeking a senior Salesforce PO to join a collaborative and fast‑paced environment where technology and business come together to create meaningful impact. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and scaling Salesforce solutions that support strategic business initiatives, working closely with global Agile teams to deliver high‑quality and innovative outcomes.The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Salesforce expert with strong technical depth, capable of navigating both declarative and custom development while ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices. This person should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable mentoring others while collaborating across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approachesDevelop and maintain robust Apex code including triggers, batch, queueable, and schedulable classesImplement integrations leveraging REST and SOAP calloutsBuild and enhance Lightning user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura componentsLeverage declarative tools such as Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled), validation rules, approval processes, and formula fieldsEnsure system performance and scalability through optimization of queries and data handlingApply best practices related to governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous processingConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to development standardsCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high‑quality solutionsParticipate in solution design discussions and contribute to feature demos

Technical Requirements & Expertise

4+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce developmentStrong expertise in Apex programming and asynchronous processing patternsExperience building Lightning Web Components (LWC), including wire adapters, event communication, and lifecycle hooksSolid knowledge of declarative Salesforce tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processesDeep understanding of governor limits and performance optimization techniquesAdvanced expertise in SOQL, including selective queries, relationship queries, aggregate queries, and dynamic SOQLExperience with code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration in Agile teamsGood understanding of scalable architecture and enterprise-level solution designOther ConsiderationsExperience with event‑driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and integration middleware is a plusExposure to Financial Services Cloud is desirable
