Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, Agile Delivery or a similar role.8+ years Salesforce PM/Scrum MasterHands-on exposure to DevOps/CI-CD/deployment toolsStrong client-facing communication and ability to handle high-pressure delivery environmentsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working with distributed/global teams.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.Preferred QualificationsCSM, PSM or other Scrum certification.Salesforce Administrator experience.Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.Experience with Salesforce release/DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or Salesforce DevOps Center.Experience with Salesforce deployment and release-management processes.Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, fintech or other regulated industries.Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.Work ScheduleCandidates must be able to work with U.S. business hours and maintain the required overlap with U.S.-based teams and clients.Location RequirementRemote – Latin America (LATAM).Candidates must currently reside in a Latin American country and be authorized to work remotely from their current country.
