Role SummaryWe are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join a modern, fast-paced environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring platform stability and performance across complex Salesforce implementations, with exposure to AI-powered testing tools as part of the workflow.The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve testing processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute test strategies, manual and/or automated as applicablePerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testingTest Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrationsIdentify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction stepsCollaborate closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverySupport platform stability, performance validation, and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to automation and test coverage efforts where applicable
Required Qualifications4+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years working with SalesforceStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform componentsHands-on experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAdvanced English level
Nice to HaveExperience with automation testing tools such as Copado, Selenium, Provar, or similarComfortable working with AI-driven testing and automation toolsExperience with integrations and API testing (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practicesSalesforce certificationsExperience working in enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments
