Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data CloudLocation: Mexico City, MexicoWork Model: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week/monthEmployment: FTE

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce technical design, development, code reviews, and delivery.• Build Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, modeling, and activation.• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.• Own the full SDLC: design, build, test, deployment, and production support.• Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce security, performance, and development best practices.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Platform experience.• Proven Agentforce implementation experience in real-world use cases.• Enterprise-level Salesforce Data Cloud experience.• Technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, and team mentoring.• Experience working in Agile environments.
