Salesperson

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Guatemala City. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting Productos DK’s offerings, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting in-person visits and follow-up calls, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and providing excellent after-sales support. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, participate in promotional activities, and contribute to sales strategies that support business growth.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related commercial role, preferably in product-based industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.Ability to work on-site full time in Guatemala City, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client accounts.Basic proficiency with office software and sales tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems) to track activities and results.Comfort with fieldwork, including client visits, product demonstrations, and occasional participation in events or fairs.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while providing respectful, ethical service.High school diploma required; technical or university studies in business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage.Knowledge of the local market in Guatemala City and valid authorization to work in Guatemala.
