SAP Business Systems Senior Analyst - Extended Warehouse Management

General Summary
The SAP Business Systems Analyst - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) reports to US and serves as the primary liaison between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT to support, enhance, and optimize warehouse management processes.
This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and supporting SAP EWM solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and warehouse performance.
Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the SAP Business Systems Analyst – EWM participates in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of SAP EWM capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field8+ years of progressive SAP EWM functional experienceExperience supporting SAP EWM solutions within warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.Strong functional knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including inbound processing, outbound processing, warehouse task management, inventory management, labor management, RF framework, and warehouse optimization.Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting SAP solution design.Experience supporting SAP EWM production environments and troubleshooting complex functional issues.Strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA experience.Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP IBP, MES, MM, QM, and SD modules.SAP EWM Certification preferred.
