SAP EWM Consultant

We are looking for a SAP EWM Consultant to work on site in Monterrey for a national project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.
ResponsibilitiesMap business requirements to SAP EWM functionality, configuring storage types, bins, putaway/picking strategies, and wave management.Connect EWM with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and TM (Transportation Management).Lead or participate in full-lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, testing, data migration, and go-live support.Resolve daily system incidents, analyze delivery or handling unit errors, and manage change requests.Deploy tools like Radio Frequency (RF) frameworks, warehouse monitors, cross-docking, and physical inventory procedures.Act as a trusted advisor, analyzing operational challenges and proposing innovative solutions to stabilize and enhance logistics operations.
RequirementsProven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, combining deep functional knowledge with practical warehouse process understanding.Hands-on configuration experience with the SAP EWM module.Knowledge of inbound and outbound processes, slotting, and physical inventory.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration experience with modules such as MM and PP.Ability to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap.Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate effectively between warehouse teams, IT, and management.High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
